Grab a spoon and dive into a cup of this spiced apple pie chia pudding! It tastes just like apple pie! The recipe is naturally vegan, gluten-free and a healthy option to have for dessert, a snack or even for breakfast. Just a great treat that everyone will enjoy!
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 3 cups coconut milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 apple, shredded
- 2-3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Apple Pie Spice:
- 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp ground allspice
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
Mix apple pie spice ingredients together in a bowl.
To make the chia seed pudding, mix together all of
the ingredients except the coconut flakes and walnuts.
Place in the fridge overnight. To serve, place the chia
seed pudding in a bowl then sprinkle with some of
the coconut and walnuts as desired.
