It’s okay to put yourself first ♥

We know how hard it can be to put yourself first sometimes. You’re so amazing for always making sure that other people are taken care of, but remember that you can only look out for others so long as you look out for yourself first and foremost.

Here's some of our favourite ways to indulge in a little self-care:

Meditate: Follow a guided meditation on YouTube if you’re unsure of where to start! Even 3-5 minutes of meditation can help to change your mood and set the tone for your day.

Limit Your Screen Time: We know this one can be hard… But it’s totally worth it to not endlessly scroll through Instagram or Social Media. Try setting up app time limits or put your phone on airplane mode when possible!

Move Your Body: You don’t need to cardio summit or run 10kms everyday, just try going for a walk or following a 15-minute yoga flow. 

Make Time For Yourself: Whether you take 5 extra minutes to sip your morning coffee or follow a night-time skin care routine… Make sure to set aside time for yourself.
